Random Observations

*Have you heard of phantom limb syndrome? I totally have phantom baby
syndrome. I feel like she's still in there. *Isn't it
great to lose twelve pounds in less than a day? *The whole
hospital menu has changed. And it sucks. No more gourmet dinner
either. How I will miss that tira misu.

I was at a new hospital the last time and the food wasn't very good. But I was so hungry I didn't care. Hope someone brings you some good food from the outside!

Phantom baby syndrome sounds alarming! But at least your body isn't holding on to those 12 pounds in sympathy!

Phantom Baby! Oh My! Sounds like an episode of Scooby Doo gone horribly awry.

Uh, hon? Are you still on the drugs? Because I saw pictures of that sweet littlekins and she is most definitely not still in there.

I am sorry about the tiramisu. I think Hubs should run out and get you some. Think...Olive Garden?

Oh the Phantom Baby. That lingers for a while after the baby is born. But 12 lbs lost is always an encouragement.

She is precious, thanks for the photos you e-mailed.

And our hospital food sucked mostly. Have your hubby go on a food run. You deserve it.

Love the instant weight loss! Make sure someone does a food run before coming to visit. Hope everything else is going well!

I remember feeling the baby move for at least a few days after she was born.

She is so adorable!

I had phantom baby for months after both the kids. Any little stomach gurgle and I'd put my hand to my belly, thinking it was a little baby in there still.

Congrats, by the way! Can't wait to hear all about it, and see pictures!

Woman, you are dedicated. Blogging from the hospital and shit. You're making the rest of us less faithful types look REALLY bad!

oh the phantom baby . . .
they changed my hospital menu too the last time and I WAS SO PISSED. I'd been looking forward to a great fancy dinner and it sucked. I know that disappointment all too well . . .

*sigh* I never got the gourmet meal with ANY of my three. I'm quite envious of those of you who did.

I CAN'T BELIEVE your hospital food sucks! That's SO wrong! Order in a pizza! And Wegmans has tiramizu--hubby needs to stop in there to buy all the nursing pads, diapers, and other groceries that that house never seems to have when you come home from the hospital anyway....
